At Jireh, we utilize Lean Manufacturing (Kanban System), and the Five “S” systems
to achieve production leveling because in the manufacturing world, “nothing is predictable,”
(i.e., customer/production orders changes, late deliveries, bad road/weather conditions, and
machinery breakdowns).
The Five “S": system is a Lean Manufacturing tool used to create a more clean, safe, organized
and more productive workplace; therefore, producing cost-savings is ultimately passed down to
the customer.
